So much detail goes into making every aspect of your evening dreamy. Absolutely superb! This month’s theme was Noir, leaning in hard to old school romance. The evening started with a garlic oil flashed langoustine which was just FUN. Herbs and crisped garlic top the fanned langoustine, sizzling and popping from a drizzle of hot infused oil. Delicious and entertaining. A classic winter salad of radicchio, blood orange, and fennel. Bitter, tart, and crunchy. Perfection. BEEF WELLINGTON! Unbelievably tender and so flavorful. Convinced me that I need to try my hand at this showstopping dish. Dirty martini dip. You’ve seen it. You’ve wanted to try it. This is your sign to do it. Damn. This was delightful.
