These are the types of meals I always want, but I particularly crave dishes like this during this time of year. Coming off a season filled with far too much cheese than I care to admit to, my body wants foods that make me feel good from the inside out. It’s not a “diet”. I’m not promoting greens because it’s “new year, new you” season (a concept I do not subscribe to). Making meals with whole ingredients that taste incredible is in ANY time of year 😘
