Let’s talk about Bloody Marys, you guys. How can’t you love them?
The tomatoy base.
The salty punch from the worchestshire.
The sour pickle brine.
The spicy kick from (insert favorite hot sauce here).
And all the fix-ins you could possibly imagine.
Everyone has their favorite ratio and way to make a bloody. And while that’s all fair and well, I’m about to up your Bloody game.
With this BLOODY ANYTIME.
Now, let me explain. Because I’ll be honest. In planning out this recipe, I was fully under the assumption that I would be making a homemade Bloody mix for you guys. But this recipe is so much more than that.
Rather than making you the actual Bloody mix, I’m making you the VODKA BASE to make the most insane delicious Bloody Mary you’ve ever had.
Eric Prum and Josh Williams know their cocktails. And this one is a clear indication of just that. This recipe comes from their newest cookbook, “Infuse”. The recipes in this book are OVER THE TOP.
And naturally, I had to make a Bloody that was worthy of their over-the-topness.
OH YEAH.
This is happening. These Bloodys are UNREAL YOU GUYS. The Bloody Anytime base ensures you have the perfect balance of spicy, sour, and salty. Whatever Bloody Mary mix you choose.
The Bloody Anytime includes:
- Horseradish
- Hot Sauce
- Garlic
- Peppercorns
- Old Bay Seasoning (REQUIREMENT)
- Pickle Brine
- Dill
- Magic

The Bloody Anytime
Ingredients
- 6 oz vodka
- 6 oz pickle brine
- 4 sprigs fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic
- 10 black peppercorns
- 2 tsp crab seasoning (such as Old Bay)
- 2 tsp fresh horseradish
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a 16 oz mason jar. Seal and shake until combined and the seasoning has dissolved.
- Infuse in refrigerator for 12 hours.
- Strain through cheesecloth. The infusion will keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
