Unwrap the brie and place it in a 5-inch cast iron pan. Alternatively, place on a parchment lined baking sheet or in a baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until completely warmed through. The center will appear jiggly: this means the cheese is melted! Remove and allow to slightly cool.
As the brie cools, hull and slice the strawberries and place in a medium bowl. Add the honey and salt, tossing to combine.
Top with warm brie with the honey-glazed strawberries. Top with chopped basil. Serve with toasted baguette slices and crackers - enjoy!
