How To Make Honey Glazed Strawberry Baked Brie

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Unwrap the brie and place it in a 5-inch cast iron pan. Alternatively, place on a parchment lined baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until completely warmed through. The center will appear jiggly: this means the cheese is melted! Remove and allow to slightly cool.
  4. As the brie cools, hull and slice the strawberries and place in a medium bowl. Add the honey and salt, tossing to combine.
  5. Top with warm brie with the honey-glazed strawberries. Top with chopped basil. Serve with toasted baguette slices and crackers – enjoy!

Ways To Make Baked Brie Your Own

The sky is the limit when it comes to ways that you can personalize this delicious baked brie:

  • Swap your favorite berry for the strawberries (blueberries cooked with a little water and sugar would be unreal!)
  • Top the brie with your favorite jam. Savory options like pepper jelly work well here, too.
  • Top with nuts that have been sauteed in a skillet with brown sugar and warm spices.
  • Top the brie with sliced apples or pears drizzled with pure maple syrup before going in the oven
