Creamy Berry Banana Smoothie

This Creamy Berry Banana Smoothie is pure simplicity! Frozen fruit is blended to perfection with almond milk making this smoothie a quick and nutritious breakfast on the go!

Breakfast On The Go

Anyone else an “on-the-go” kinda person? Flying out the door with phone, bag, and keys in hand? More times that not, that third hand I don’t have is holding an on-the-go breakfast. While I love a full blown pancake breakfast as much as the next person, that doesn’t exactly commute well. That said, smoothies are my go-to!

Convenience In A Glass

When the fruit on my counter is almost past its prime, I like to prep it for the freezer! Frozen fruit is what will make your smoothie extra creamy. Swapping it for ice (though a few cubes won’t hurt!) will keep the mixture cold, and as it melts – all fruit.

Simplicity Is Simple!

I have all sorts of smoothie recipes which I love that include some  ingredients that are more complex and maybe not readily available in your pantry:

  • Coconut Butter
  • Chia Seeds
  • Matcha Powder
  • Ground Flax
  • Cacao Powder
  • Maca Powder

Now, while I highly recommend you add each of these powerhouse ingredients to your pantry, I also understand the beauty in creating something simple, delicious, and healthy that is easy to reach for every day! That said, this Creamy Berry Banana Smoothie is the way to go.
