They’re packed with delicious ingredients like wheat germ, honey, and brown sugar. Suffice to say…they’re better than the store bought versions (in my humble opinion!).
Add them to a Build Your Own S’mores Platter, or enjoy them on their own. Either way, you’re going to love them!

Homemade Graham Crackers
Homemade Graham Crackers! While these delicious graham cracker cookies will take your s'more to the next level, they're equally yummy on their own!
Servings: 12 cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temp
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine flours, wheat germ, cinnamon, baking powder and soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to thoroughly combine butter, brown sugar, and honey. Add egg, mixing to combine.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Dough will be slightly sticky.
- Divide dough in to four. On a sheet of parchment that has been coated with flour, add 1/4 of the dough. Sprinkle with more flour to prevent sticking. Place another piece of parchment paper on dough, and roll out using a rolling pin to about 1/4-1/8 inch thick. Repeat with other dough balls. Stack on a baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove dough, and using a fluted pastry wheel (or pizza cutter!) cut dough in to desired shape. I like cutting them to resemble store bought graham crackers, which are broken in two. You can also use your favorite cokie cutter as well.
- Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet, and cook for a total of 9 minutes, rotating half way through to ensure even baking.
- Transfer to a wire cooling rack and allow to cool compeltely before serving, which allows them to crisp up a little more.
