There are some cocktails out there that seem to be almost too easy to drink. This is one of them! This Raspberry Rose Spritz is bright, sweet, herbal, and effervescent. It would be the perfect cocktail for a girls night, Valentine’s Day, or any special occasion! It’s made with sparkling rosé, ginger liqueur rosewater, and raspberries. How To Make A Raspberry Rose Spritz
This delicious sip is so simple to make! Personally, I love any cocktail that features any form of bubbles: Prosecco, champagne, cava… I love any sparkling wine! This beverage is made with sparkling rosé, making it feel even more special.
The Ingredients
- Sparkling Rosé
- Rosewater
- Ginger Liqueur
- Raspberry Bitters
- Frozen Raspberries
The Method
- In an ice filled cocktail shaker, combine ginger liqueur rosewater, and frozen raspberries. Shake vigorously until combined and mixture is chilled through.
- Strain mixture into champagne or coupe glasses.
- Top with sparkling rosé, and garnish with a fresh raspberry!

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur, such as Domaine de Canton
- 1 Tbsp frozen raspberries
- Splash Rosewater
- 4-6 oz Sparkling Rosé
- Fresh raspberries , to garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine ginger liqueur, rosewater, and frozen raspberries. Top with ice.
- Shake vigorously until chilled through. Strain into a coupe glass and top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with a raspberry (or two!).
