Roasted Red Pepper Feta Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz feta, cubed
- 12 oz roasted red peppers, drained
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon zested
- 1 clove garlic roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Add cubed feta, roasted red peppers, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, and garlic to a food processor. Pulse to combine.
- With processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until thoroughly combined.
- Serve with assorted vegetables and pita for dipping.
