How To Make Rosemary Maple Roasted Nuts
These roasted nuts are so simple to make, they practically make themself!
Here’s what you need to do:
- Spread a tablespoon of oil over a baking sheet, using a brush or paper towel to spread evenly.
- Add mixed nuts, 2 tablespoons oil, maple syrup, brown sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and rosemary directly to the pan. Toss thoroughly to combine.
- Roast at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until fragrant and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, add additional chopped rosemary, and transfer nuts to parchment paper to cool.
Ways To Make These Rosemary Maple Roasted Nuts Your Own
- Swap out another herb in place of the rosemary (thyme would be great!)
- Add citrus zest such as lemon or orange
- Add your favorite spices to adjust the flavor (curry powder or smoked paprika would be fabulous!)

Rosemary Maple Mixed Nuts
Ingredients
- 8 cups unsalted mixed nuts
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil plus more to coat pan
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour about 1 tablespoon of oil over a sheet pan, covering the surface area completely. Use a brush or paper towel to spread the oil evenly.
- Add mixed nuts to the pan, along with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, maple syrup, brown sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and 2 tablespoons rosemary. Toss to combine.
- Roast for 25 minutes until nuts are fragrant and lightly golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary. Allow to cool and transfer to containers to store.
