Warm Hearts of Palm Dip

- 15 oz can hearts of palm, drained and roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
- pinch salt
- Freshly cracked pepper
Preheat oven to 375.
In a food processor combine hearts of palm, mayonnaise, greek yogurt. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pulse lightly to combine. Use a spatula to stir mixture further, ensuring all ingredients have been combined.
Continue to pulse until desired consistency is reached. I like having a few larger pieces, so be sure to not over blend it!
Transfer to a small baking dish and top with remaning 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown and dip is warmed through. Serve wth toasted baguette slices and crackers.
