- Combine gin, lemon juice, and lavender simple syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously to combine.
- Strain in to a champagne flute and stop with champagne.
- Garnish with a dried lavender sprig and lemon slice if you wish!

I had something similar at the MN State Fair, but it did not have alcohol in it, I think it was a french lavender lemonade. Would I just add more lemon juice and water? Thank you
Hi Jeanne! Sounds delicious! I would start with a ratio of 1:1:1 of water, lavender simple syrup, and lemon juice. Based on your tastes, you can dilute the mixture with more water if it’s too sweet or sour, or increase the simple syrup and lemon juice if you prefer it more sweet or tart. I hope you enjoy – this sounds delicious!
This looks so good! What a fun drink to make for friends in the spring on the weekend!
Indeed, Suzanne! This is my favorite sip to make in the spring!

Hi Vanessa! I typically will keep any simple syrup for up to one week in my refrigerator!
