In June.
Am I crazy? I think I could be.
I am FOR SURE crazy about this recipe, though. Do you like quinoa? Fresh and seasonal ingredients? Easy recipes? DO YOU LIKE PUPPIES AND WARM SUNNY DAYS?! Your answers should be easy, folks. Yes, heck yes, duh, and of course!

How To Make Quinoa Tabbouleh
This Quinoa Tabbouleh is my favorite go-to salad. As I sit here at 30,000 feet amidst luke warm bottled water and mini packages of pretzels, it’s all I can think about.
Tabbouleh is a Lebanese salad that is traditionally made with bulgur wheat, which is also delicious. This recipe also features:
- Fresh tomatoes
- Parsley
- Mint
- Green Onion
- Lemon Juice
How To Serve Quinoa Tabbouleh
