Ways To Make Muffins Your Own

Baking can be intimating for some, but it doesn’t have to be! When you find a recipe you love for a baked good, such as muffins, you can adjust the “extra” ingredients to make them your own. For example, my Mom’s Rhubarb Muffin recipe features the same base as this recipe does, with apples and warm spices being swapped in to make them different.

For a muffin recipe like this, you can swap the apple and other spices for different additions to create your own! A few ideas that would be delicious:

  • Pear + Cardamom
  • Raspberries + Lemon Zest
  • Blueberries + Orange Zest + Nutmeg
