Traditional Caprese flavors make this Caprese Hummus a crowd-pleaser! Sundried tomatoes, pesto, and fresh mozzerella adorn this delcious dip!
Caprese EVERYTHING.
You feel me?
Especially if your basil plant bush is as out of control like mine is. The thing is pouring out of the pot I have it in! And the leaves are MASSIVE.
I love the classic flavors of Caprese salad: juicy sun-ripened tomatoes, creamy and mild mozzarella, and herby basil. While it’s delicious served traditionally, I like trying it in other unexpected ways, as well. You should already know how much I love hummus, so this recipe was really a no-brainier.
OH MY. This dip.
My Favorite Hummus gets jazzed up with sundried tomatoes, which serves as the addictive base.
Then, fresh pesto.
Then, fresh mozzarella which turns deliciously bubbly under the broiler.
Because this hummus is served WARM you guys. With fresh bread. I just can’t.
I’m not joking when I say that every single bite that each person took of this was followed by one of the following:
“Oh my GOSH”.
“I need this recipe.”
“Wow, those flavors!”
“I’m not joking…give me this recipe.”
You’ll probably become everyone’s favorite person if you bring this to your next get together. Be forewarned.
