- Store-bought puff pastry
- Brie cheese
- Thinly sliced apples
- Fresh sage and rosemary
- Honey
The Method
- Roll puff pastry out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roll puff pastry out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

- Fold edges inward towards the filling, pinching the ends to secure.
- Crack the egg into a small bowl and add 1 teaspoon of water. Whisk until combined. Brush egg wash over the crust of the pastry, ensuring all exposed puff pastry is brushed.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes until puff pastry is baked through. Drizzle additional honey over the top. Cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.

- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 4 oz prosciutto
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 egg
